IT Continuity Manager / Technical Project Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a IT continuity manager / Technical project manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for IT continuity work, which is critical in the event of an interruption to ensure that the various parts of the IT operations can return to normal as soon as possible.
Preventive work with methods, tests, plans, and so on is essential in reducing the time for an interruption. This role is in charge of seeing the big picture.
The main tasks are to document and keep up to date the IT unit's continuity needs, but also to be a driving force in the unit's continuity planning and system support for continuity. Furthermore, tasks within IT security are linked to supplier security follow-up.
We are looking for people who enjoy working at a fast pace and can work independently. Some key words for this role include self-motivation, communication, cooperation, and integrity, as the role's contact areas span a large portion of Länsförsäkringar's IT operations.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate should be having the following prerequisites:
Postsecondary education, preferably in the field of information technology
Multi-year relevant professional experience in IT is required.
Continuity experience that has been documented
Excellent supplier collaboration experience in an outsourced IT delivery environment
Experience working in a complex organisation, preferably in banking or insurance
Excellent ability to build a large network of contacts within the organisation.

Language Requirements: Mastery of the English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
