Bain & Company are looking for an IT Coordinator, who can service the IT support needs of the user base in a exhilarating results-oriented environment. As an IT coordinator you will be responsible for the onsite support in Stockholm, and be supported by a virtual team in the Nordics and around EMEA. You will have the responsibility of the majority of calls and emails to the Help Desk and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will receive training on the ticketing system (ServiceNow) as well as all of the other technologies and administrative processes required to execute the duties of a Technology Services Group (TSG) Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to develop and increase your support skills and expand your technical ability across a range of software, hardware, and mobile platforms. It is important that you have the ability to occasionally work extended hours, including evenings and weekend hours to meet project deadlines or resolve issues.
This role will be on a one year fixed term contract.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Be the primary contact for IT related problems and issues for Bain employees and consistently perform follow-up with users to ensure complete resolution and user satisfaction
- Technical troubleshooting to address hardware and software problems on computer systems, smartphones and other supported hardware. Software includes Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Zoom and MS Teams
- Understand and use the ticketing system and inventory system to maintain accurate inventory database, and to record incidents and communicate with users
- Coordinate with external vendors and third parties to effect hardware repairs
- PC configuration and testing process to build and deploy notebook and desktop computers for new starters and the upgrade of existing equipment
- Use Active Directory and other Bain tools to create and manage user accounts and set permissions
- Provide support for the varied Audio-Visual equipment in your local office and in the other offices across the local region
- Participate in Global projects on a requested and volunteer basis, and work with other TSG staff members on local regional and global teams to test new applications and software upgrades
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- At least 1 year experience in a technical problem solving or IT an support role
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, or experience that corresponds to this, preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to success in this position
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in technology and technical issues, and display basic troubleshooting skills and approaches
- Ability to work well in a virtual team environment, support other members of the TSG team as they support our customers
- Fluent English skills, Swedish is an advantage
To succeed in this role we believe that the right candidate have analytical problem-solving skills, is independent and is able to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
