Do you want to be a part of our excellent Helpdesk-team?

Our Clients IT Helpdesk-team in Sweden is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 50 agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping all our office-, warehouse- and call center-users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process.
We are a global support-team that works 24/7. We divide the work into 2 shifts in Sweden and 1 shift in Hong Kong, meaning that we are handling the support from Sweden during 07:00-01:00 (summer time) and 07:00-00:00 (winter time) weekdays and weekends, all days!
We are looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT/support organization. You need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.

Your skills

1 year experience with similar tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Good knowledge of supporting computers running on Windows 7
Knowledge of administration in Active Directory e.g. users, computers, security groups and distribution lists
Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010/13-suites
Knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically the Incident Management processGeneral work tasks
