IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our passionate team. The scope of the job includes managing technology projects (cost, time, scope).

Preferably you have a background in managing IT infrastructure, data centers and network related projects.

You maybe an experienced project manager or a technical professional able to get the helicopter view and seeking for a new career path where you can combine technical expertise with project management capabilities.

You have the experience to quickly develop strong working relationships with both IT and business teams. You can recognize risks that directly impact the likelihood of success and you can address them correctly during the lifetime of a project.

Travel to various project sites in Västerås, Skellefteå and other sites will be required to support deliveries.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create & manage project plans defining scope, schedule and costs
- Monitor progress, resource allocations and risks

Understand, deliver and install technology solutions within infrastructure network and data center

Align project objectives with company wide goals

Manage all documentation

Work multiple projects simultaneously

Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors

Education/Experience

- Around 3 years project management experience in IT Infrastructure
- or
- Around 5 years experience in a lead technical role in the Infrastructure and network related field and willing to engage as a project manager
- Project management certification is a plus

Exposure to construction activities, fiber and copper pulling and ability to cooperate with other disciplines eg electrical is preferred

building datacenters experience is highly valued as plus
