About the role
As an IT-infrastructure specialist, you and your colleagues are responsible for operating and developing Boliden’s IT-infrastructure. You will be working with datacenter and server operations, cloud infrastructure, storage, backup and IT-security. The two positions offers great development opportunities and to some extend it is possible to customize them to suit your experience and specific skills.
The assignment is versatile with a high level of independence and plenty of room for personal initiatives. The work includes collaborating with customers and suppliers. As a specialist, you participate in projects where you contribute with your skills as an IT-infrastructure specialist.
The position is permanent and full time employment and you will be located in Boliden. Since Boliden is a group with operation in different countries, travel might be required.
Education and requirements
You have an appropriate technical education and a few years of experience from working with business critical IT-environments. To be successful in the role you need deep knowledge in fields such as server hardware, storage and backup, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Experience in Microsoft Azure and IT-security is a plus.
The job requires the ability to communicate, cooperate, and focus on results. You need to be structured and analytical.
Excellent English and intermediate Swedish skills is a requirement as well as a category B driving license.
