IT Operational Mode and Governance Specialist

Your mission
In this position, you´re responsible for the overall development and continuous improvement of SMR IT operational mode and governance definitions and descriptions as well as processes and practices to enable and support an efficient and fit-for-purpose way of working for the IT organization. You’re accountable for internal KPIs, reporting and providing subject-matter leadership and guidance to key stakeholders such as IT Management, Delivery and Country Management, Business Partners, Controllers and Architects. Overall, you work with a broad perspective, high independence and you simplify complex matters through concrete documentation and communication.
The location for this role is based in Tampere, Finland, or in any of our sites in Sweden. Travel days may occur, though on sparse occasions.

Your character
We’re looking for you with a master’s degree in a relevant field, however for this role, we put great emphasis on experience and acquired knowledge – past work within IT Operating Models and processes, functions, governance as well as quality and document management are vital for this job. Experience within IT strategy, transformation and facilitation, and complementary skills with certificates in PowerBI, ITIL or TOGAF are not a requirement but beneficial. You’re an efficient communicator, with proven fluency in the English language, both written and verbally.
