Provide technical assistance to customers. Answer questions or resolve problems for customers in person, or via telephone or electronically. Execute operational activities following schedule of daily activities. Monitor performance of the systems. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications, network, security. Develop and deliver training to colleagues and clients. Maintain record of work activities. Manage technical documentation. Monitor work within the team and assigned subject expertise. Collaborate in activity coordination. Continually improve processes and procedures.

Personliga egenskaper:

Fluent English is mandatory; Macedonian language will be considered as big advantage; knowledge and experience in the latest PC's and Networking technologies, Microsoft Windows server platforms (Windows 2000/2003/2008), UNIX/Linux operating systems, database administration (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata), virtualization software, Microsoft Office Applications, excelent knowledge of CRM systems, knowledge of BSS/OSS applications.

Erfarenheter:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in System or Database Administration, Customer Support, Technical Support.

PC/Mac program: Windows Server, Linux, Oracle database, Teradata database, Informatica PowerCenter, MS SQL Server, Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft Office.
