Cambio is a market-leading supplier with a comprehensive offering for the entire healthcare and care chain. The goal is to offer the most innovative and cohesive solutions for regions and municipalities. We are growing continuously and now have about 700 employees in several countries.

Cambio Denmark supplies systems to Region Syddanmark, Region Midtjylland, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the Danish Defense, and provides software development of systems for Intensive Care Units and Anaesthesia departments internationally. We have two offices in Denmark, one located in Aarhus and one in Soeborg. We are in total 28 people in DK, split 50/50 between the two locations.

The position

As Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, follow up and manage projects toward their goal. You will work with large external IT implementation projects in DK and Nordic as well as internal project.

You will be part of an experienced team with welcoming and competent colleagues, and your main responsibility is to ensure high quality in our project deliveries through your guidance and leadership.

You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager, who holds the responsibility for Service and Delivery teams in Denmark.

Job responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, organizing, follow up and manage projects toward their goal.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to determine the best possible balance between project aspects (scope, time/cost, quality)
- Leading and motivating the project team members
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and according to agreed requirements
- Continuously monitors progress and risks and promptly acts to resolve issues
- Responsible for communication within project team and stakeholders
- Reporting project status to project sponsor and steering committee

Requirements 

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar
- Ability to communicate fluently in Danish and in English
- Ability to travel to customers 15-20 days a year


It's a bonus if you have

- Knowledge and experience from the healthcare industry
- Prince 2 or similar certification


Place of employment: Aarhus or Copenhagen

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 3 months trial period
