IT Project Manager

Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join our passionate team. You will be part of a team helping building world class solutions - and you will be a part of it from the very start of our journey.

The scope of the job includes primarily management of IT and technology projects.

Preferably you have an IT background and have solid experience in project management, planning techniques and tools.

You have the ability to develop good working relationships with both IT and business teams. You can recognize risks that directly impacts the likelihood of success and address them correctly and help find mitigations.

Travel to various project sites (eg Västerås, Skellefteå) may be required for securing project deliveries.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Create & manage project plans and schedules
- Monitor and manage project scope, budgets, timelines and resources
- Monitor and proactively minimize risks
- Manage and secure all project documentation
Work with multiple projects simultaneously
Foster partnership with delivery team and other stakeholders

5 years of project management experience (or eventually as Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master) in IT or a related field ( business systems and/or product development)

Certifications in project management is an advantage

Experience in either Waterfall or Agile methodologies required

Excellent English written and oral skills

Experience with Jira and confluence required

Highly organized, able to get the helicopter view with attention to details

Result driven with a can do attitude and quick to adapt to change

Friendly, work well in a team environment as well as independently
