Description

The client are currently looking for an Agile Project Manager within the Customer Domain in the Business Tech organization and the exciting product area External and New Sales Channels. External and New Sales Channel Area’s mission is to extend our customer reach by opening up our assets to new and external sales channels. You will do do this in close collaboration with multiple teams across several areas within Business Tech, and functions such as Omni Expansion that is out outside of Business Tech.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing the initial scope for our new omni commerce platform that seamlessly integrates all channels and ecosystem partners. This will involve many parts of Business Tech and of the global business organisation, as well as external partners.

These initiatives typically require a wide range of activities from business development to tech implementation, including new product development as well as coordination of participating teams across the Group, of which many are distributed globally. The job often includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional development.

An additional focus area within the role is to support continuous refinement of the product coordination processes by using existing and new tools to achieve the expected outcome of cross cutting initiatives.

Work tasks:

- Technical coordination for a new e-com platform
- Coordinate between internal development teams and 3rd party development teams
- Identify stakeholders & drive requirements and solution between all parties
- Moderate technical workshops, meetings and follow up on actions


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Have end to end experience from e-com solutions and business processes
- Technical Project management experience in e-commerce expansion & implementation projects
- Experience in working with remote parties and resources
- Experience from agile development


Preferred competence and experience:

- CMS knowledge, preferably AEM
- Knowledge in headless e-commerce, preferably Commerce tools
- Experience in API based system integrations methods
- Supply chain
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve complex changes that require synchronized backlogs and activities
- Collaborating with several product teams
- Taking ownership for planning, issue handling and all kinds of project management activities, all adapted to the agile environment within Business Tech

- Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator with experience of forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to execute on a common mission.
- You understand the need to ensure alignments of goals and plans to ensure the overall success of the projects at hand. You are eager to develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical challenges, and you ensure learnings are documented and shared with others.
- Furthermore, you understand the bigger picture and work to improve the cooperation between the Business Tech organisation and other stakeholders , as well as building a successful long-term partnership with external marketplace partners.
