Purpose of the role, goal and function
Secure, manage, implement and efficient follow up, routines and processes concerning IT.
Make sure Husse have qualified and validated systems and networks in conjunction with Husse overall business challenges both here and now as well as forward looking.
· Responsibilities
• Be part of the IT department, Service Desk, Operations & Delivery, Application Management and IT departments
• work and ensure that all comply with laws and agreements.
• Is part of the Steering Group for projects and participants in other groups as needed
• Collaborate with other functions within the company when needed
• Ensures that required IT reports are sent in time to the recipient
• Responsible for IT project management globally. Drive and take responsibility for IT-related parts of projects globally
• Responsibility for infrastructure and support of predefined supported sites when needed
Powers
• Budget responsibility for own cost centre
• Be part of the work in the IT department, Service Desk, Operations & Delivery, Application Management and QM-IT.
• Make necessary decisions within their own area of responsibility.
• Create and manage certificate and write manuals where applicable
Main tasks
• Ensure and implement an optimal IT administration
• Ensure the operation and maintenance of IT systems in relation to budget
• Develop budget for IT department and control costs in relation to budget
• Develop and implement user- and business-oriented IT policies and processes
• Certified invoices, time and travel reports for the department
• Responsible for the IT information on the Intranet being relevant and updated
• Collaborates with other functions in the Husse group
• Ensure long-term planning and establishment of local IT strategy
• Responsibility and own participation or delegated participation for IT projects at the site
