This is how you could make an impact
As the IT Security Risk Manager, you will be key in ensuring we have a strong and solid IT Security risk assessment process, follow up on corrective actions, communicate risk management issues and supporting the risk management activities. In this role, you have the ability to add value by leading the IT Security risk management activities in order to minimize the risk of compromise of IT systems within Volvo Group
You will be part of the cybersecurity organization and report to the Manager for the Compliance & Awareness function. These will be some selected responsibilities:
Manage the IT Security risk assessment process, follow up on corrective actions and reporting of IT Security risks
Report risk management activities (progress, problem areas, action items etc) to management
Provide support related to control activities to secure training, awareness, adherence, and remediation of activities
Perform training and awareness activities
Drive and facilitates an IT Security Risk management competence network​

Who are you?

You have a broad understanding and experience of the IT Security area
You have a good understanding of the IT security challenges in the current and future state of large enterprises as Volvo Group to prepare the organization with the right processes, skills, relationships, and capabilities against growing IT security risks
You have experience establish internal control program to monitor and ensure adherence towards policy, directives, control framework and legal requirements
You have the knowledge to manage the IT Security risk assessment process, monitor of corrective actions, communicate risk management issues, and support the risk management activities
Your communication skills are excellent, and you can present how to safeguard against a security breach for both management and technical teams
