The scope

In this role, you will be part of Resurs Bank’s IT Service Delivery team granting you the opportunity to work in a true entrepreneurial fintech company.

The role is a key success factor in our ambition to provide the best possible service to our customer as well as the co-workers at Resurs Bank. You will work in a team with competent and engaged colleagues and report to the IT Service Delivery Manager.

The scope of the role is mainly to ensure that our:


• Processes (e.g. Incident, Problem and Change Management) are fit for purpose and adds as much value as possible
• Supporting tool (ServiceNow) enable us to be as efficient as possible in the execution of our processes

Some typical activities


• Work with continuous improvements
• Have a dialogue with stakeholders to capture areas of improvement
• Ensure that the processes and supporting tool are being used by being a great ambassador
• Being a source of inspiration by looking outside Resurs Bank to capture good ideas
• Being part in the execution of some of our processes
• Ensure that we have a fruitful collaboration with our external partners e.g. ServiceNow

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you have

 


• An academic and practical approach in handling challenges
• A proven track record in working with improving operational efficiency
• Experience from process implementation and the utilization of supporting tools
• Practical experience from using ServiceNow or similar workflow tool and ITIL processes
• Coaching skills to ensure that stakeholders are listening to you
• Good communication and presentation skills

 

Working independently or in a team doesn’t matter since you are self-organized and a true team player at the same time.

You are fluent in English and preferable in one of the Nordic languages, both speech and writing.

Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Malmö and Helsingborg. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs Bank office as you sometimes might need to be on site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.

Start date: As soon as possible, but we wait for the right candidate

Employment rate: Full time

Working hours: Normal office hour and we have flextime

Remote work: You have the possibility to work from home some days
