We are looking for a motivated professional IT Manager for parts of our local Business Units in Sweden and a person who will also be overall responsible for the Ludvika site within the IT area.
You will play a key role in strengthening our Local IT team. Reporting to the IT Manager Sweden, you will be responsible for providing specific IT solutions and services, while supporting business needs and helping to solve challenging topics.
Your responsibilities
Orchestrates the delivery of IT solutions, services and support towards the local business units and corresponding factories and acts as a single point of contact for the local BU and factory managers in his area of responsibility.
Actively manages the business relationships with senior stakeholders, assesses expectations, identifies gaps, and assures delivery quality, to increase customer satisfaction.
Closely collaborates with Business Process Owners to map (consolidated) business demand to existing or new IT solutions.
Supports budgeting activities and manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs.
Partners with Global Business Unit IT Managers, global IT functions, peer IT managers and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that the delivery of IT services in his area of responsibility follows criteria of efficiency, effectiveness, quality, compliancy, security.
Ensures the implementation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal IT and cross-functional processes related to IT service delivery or IT service demand.

Your background
You hold a University degree in Management, Information/Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Management position
Analytical thinking, ability to deal with complex processes and scenarios
Presentation and Communication skills (including Senior Management)
As person you are result driven, pro-active with hands on attitude
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken is required
