Klockgrossisten i Norden AB, KIN, is the leading wholesaling company in Scandinavia.During the last years, the company has made some major changes, which led to good profitability and strong expansion.Klockgrossisten owns the chain of stores called Ur & Penn with 62 stores, the Dutch chain Lucardi with 82 stores, the Dutch chain Kijkshop with 110 stores, the Finish wholesale business KM-Kello and the watch brand Axcent of Scandinavia, Jet Set and Memphis.Klockgrossisten have also the agency for the watch brands Citizen and Festina.IT Specialist to the head office in Upplands Väsby Job description Under general direction, manages LAN performance and maintains LAN security.Install, maintain and monitor the operation of the local area network.Evaluate vendor products in hardware, software and telecommunications equipment and recommend purchases consistent with short and long term objectives.Recommend and implement LAN policies and standards, ensuring adherence to security procedures.Maintain contact with outside organizations in the maintenance, service and/or purchase of the LAN.Train users on LAN operations and procedures.Installing Configuring Microsoft Navision 4.1 on the enterprise level in order for users and clients in the company multi regional offices to communicate with Navision, with customizing the application upon the company's business needs.Developing Navision reports, sales reports, analyzing the company's profit local, regional and on a global level Set up financial reports.Creating inventory, warehouse assets data structure and reports.Required skills . High level of knowledge in Microsoft Systems..Communications skills.. High level of knowledge in Microsoft Navision 4.1 .. English: Fluent.Arabic and French desired.
