On behalf of our client we are looking for an internal IT-support within global sourcing. Our client is a global company with high ambitions that is seeking for an IT-support located at the office in Gothenburg. Their need is long term and implies the possibility of further work in the future.

Arbetsuppgifter

You will be working to support the activities of the implementation of a new purchasing system.

Your main duties will be:

• Support and assist users concerning various issues
• User-support for the purchasing system
• Troubleshooting
• Other tasks such as administration, generate statistics and follow-up work


Din bakgrund

Since you will be working in a global organization you need to be fluent in English. Furthermore, you have an education in economics or engineering. You have an ability to learn new tasks and have a good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office utilities. It’s also an advantage if you have experience of systems, such as Ariba or SAP.

Personliga egenskaper

You are a social and outgoing person with good communications skills. You are also a person with good interpersonal skills and you enjoy to work within a team. Furthermore you are committed, enjoy working independently and not afraid to take the initiative.
