Job description
Randstad Technologies are now looking for an ERP IT-support technician for one of our clients. As an ERP IT-support technician with our client, you will be responsible for all integrations including middleware for the ERP system. This means maintenance such as upgrading the system, adding new software to the system and improve communication. You will also be responsible for the performance of the ERP system and the technical part of the upgrades. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementing, changing and improving add-in software solutions in the ERP. You will also be the go-to person for consultants handling integrated softwares.

Responsibilities
·         Ensure that the ERP software platform is maintained to an accurate and excellent standard, documenting, and tracking all improvements and support tickets.
·         Change settings in add-in software
·         Responsible for the integration/middleware strategy and upgrades
·         Stakeholder for external consultants specifications around integration software
·         Technical and performance responsibility for ERP and integrations Software upgrades
·         Adding new software solutions to the ERP system 
·         Handle negotiations with ERP integrations related projects and agreements 

Working hours
Full time. In periods of time, workhours may exceed a standard work week.  

Qualifications
To qualify for the position you need to have at least 2 years working experience as an ERP support technician position or similar. You need to have deep knowledge in ERP (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), middleware solutions and integrations software as well as experience in successful preventive maintenance of ERP system performance.


We put a lot of emphasis on personal suitability and in this position it is important with strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies. You need to be a problem-solver with organizational skills. 


In this position you will communicate mainly in English and fluency is required.

Experience
At least 2 years’ experience of ERP-support.
