ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will work as a daily internal IT support to the employees within the company. Even though you will work alone as an IT-support, you still will be working close to a cyber security manager and colleauges from other departments, therefore you will never feel alone.

You will for example:


* Restore and prepare computers for employees and make sure that the computers are clean inside and out.
* Create access and log in to different systems that your colleagues need help with.
* Document and automate onboarding and offboarding processes


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* We are searching for a person who has a strong interest in IT/technology and computers


* You have a good understanding of and knowledge for iOS and Microsoft- environments.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English since you will work in an international environment were English is the corporate language.

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:
* Has knowledge of and understanding the operation system Linux
* Have an understanding of programming
* Holds relevant education in computer / IT / systems science.


As a person, you are independent and work in a structured way to drive your work forward. When you encounter problems, you take initiative and make your own decisions and take support when needed. Furthermore, you have a service-oriented mindset and a solution-focused approach to best meet your colleagues and provide outstanding service. You also have no problem daring to act as an expert in your field of work. The work will include both high and low in support, therefore you also need to be a non-prestigious person.
