Det här är ett supportjobb på vårt huvudkontor i Paris och alltså inte beläget i Stockholm eller Ljusdal.Resten av beskrivningen av tjänsten följer på engelska: Founded in 1996, Hi-media, on-line media group, is one of the top Internet publisher in the world with more than 55 million unique visitors per month on its proprietary websites.Hi-media is also the European leader in on-line advertising (Hi-media Advertising) and electronic payments solutions (Hi-media Payments).Currently employing over 500 people, Hi-media operates in 9 european countries (France, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Italy), in the USA, Mexico and Brazil.Hi-media Payments is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to help us consolidate our pan european leadership and global growth within online monetization of websites. job description Working within the IT support department, you will be and insure the liaisons between our different internal departments and the technical department, you will be directly in contact with our clients and establish a close relationship with them, assisting them with technical support and daily advice .You will be a web developer aswell as a technical and practical consultant.You posses strong customer relation skills, knowledge of online web monetization and the technical aspects of a website,gaining customer loyalty will be at the heart of your mission.After being trained and familiarized on our plateform, you will be able to provide technical support, help customers to integrate our products, valorise them and sell our payment solutions.Your mission : PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Provide technical help to our clients in implementing our payment soulutions.2.Provide daily advice and know-how in order to increase our clients conversion.- Establish and maintain client relationships, - Provide technical support and present our products functinonalities to our clients , - Analyse and evaluate clients needs, - Communicate new opportunities, information or feedback to improve our quality of service, - Participate in the development of new project proposals regarding the plateform, - Identify and resolve client concerns, - Weekly reporting of the activities towards the leading.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge in WEB development and audience monetization.You can analyse and understand the sales representatives needs and offer them technical solution adapted to their needs.After having received training you are able to clearly and precisely explain to our clients how our products work.You have an in-depth knowledge of the internet and understand it's users in order to become an expert within the online payement. * Knowledge of PHP, MYSQL/PGSQL, AJAX * Good reading, writing, communication and interpersonal skills required * Very good knowledge of the internet and website monetization * Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) a third language would be an advantage * Dynamic, you are pro-active in improving our product and offers * You have great sens of customer service and satisfaction * Hability to react and adapt quickly * Knowledge of online payment solutions * Independant and self-going you are also able to work within a team * Organized and structured in your work
