IT Support Internship

In this internship you will be a part of maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations, and associated software including servers within the office building. You will also have contact with employees who are experiencing computer issues, from the beginning of the issue to the end.

Your Future

- Diagnose and resolve computer issues related to (Windows and Mac) operating systems and their supporting software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve phone issues related to (iOS & Android) and their supporting software applications.
- Record, update and document requests or case using the IT service desk system.
- Record and update IT asset inventory.
- Install, configure and upgrade IT equipment and software related to printers, copy machines, scanners, conference room equipment, and other hardware.


Your Past & Your Skills

- Ongoing education within IT or relevant field or attached to "Arbetsförmedlingen"
- Knowledge of G-Suite, Office 365, Adobe, Raspberry Pi, wireless network system, Remote Server, Active Directory, VPN, Outlook/Macmail
- Studying for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 1+ year experience in a related IT field
- A positive attitude, honesty and humility are characteristics we value highly
- Ability to multi-task
- Service minded
- Interested in IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience


Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Other information: This is an unpaid internship is 3 months.
