Job duties / Key accountabilities: To provide technical support to the Wellness System Software's Responsibilities Be responsible for supporting Wellness System customers for Svensk Fitness and Norsk Fitness Be responsible for diagnosing and following through to resolution any problems, escalating to other teams when required Build relationships with other teams within IT Operations (ACS and Technogym Italy) to enable better support and communications To provide in-depth technical knowledge of WS To maintain technical skills to gain benefit from new and emerging technologies To assist in the design, development and deployment of future releases of WS To provide weekly reports to the team leader on system performances Ensure the understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards Skills required: Excellent computer literacy Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across disciplines Understanding of user service provision Design and documentation of projects Ability to produce and maintain high quality documentation Bonus Skills: Experience of telephone helpdesk support, hands-on field engineering and fault analysis Behaviors: Working effectively with others towards common goals Able to work independently and unsupervised Flexible, self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks Methodical problem resolution skills with the ability to identify problems, seek relevant data, analyze and evaluate appropriate options for corrective action Knowledge: SQL - Basic Knowledge Understanding of: TCP/IP and Ethernet networking Special Requirements: Willing to undertake travel for business in Sweden and Norway Must be willing to work flexibly
