At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will perform activities such as:
- Help and support colleagues with IT-related equipment - Laptops, Phones, Printers, Conference room equipment, etc
- Escalating to other parts of IT for 2nd line support when needed and follow through to make sure that issues are resolved
- Troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows
- Onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries

To be successful in the role you should have
- Experience from working in a support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience of Mac OS and Windows as well as mobile technologies
- A technical, logical thought process
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
