Carla was founded in 2020, with strong VC backing. We are now in an exciting growth phase looking for IT Support Specialist in Stockholm.

About the role

As our IT Support Specialist you'll be helping out in creating a great onboarding and working experience for our teams. It's a generalist IT role where you'll look into company-wide software used, and will figure out how best to support our colleagues with the IT help that they need.

Carla is a versatile company and you will be supporting a wide variety of IT related needs. Helping our remote teams, people working in our office in Stockholm and our operational crews in car workshops and logistics.

All in all, you can expect to be dealing with a broad range of challenges. Some might require you to get your hands dirty while others could provide a chance for you to utilise your creative thinking and come up with unique solutions!

You'll be primarily be based in our Stockholm office but also might be able to make the occasional trip to on of our operational facilities across the country.

What you will get to work with:

- Daily contact in the IT service desk with your colleagues
- Purchasing and managing hardware/equipment/devices for our teams.
- Troubleshooting on MacOS, Windows 10, iOS and Android
- Troubleshooting on various SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk.. and more)
- Configuring, troubleshooting and setting up hardware
- On- and Off.boarding of IT services
- Collaborating on all kinds of projects across the organisation
