IT support specialist to ESS in Lund

ESS is now looking for an IT support specialist to work in the service desk with incident management and request fulfilment. Your responsibility is to provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software to the employees at ESS. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years relevant experience and who has excellent oral och written English skills.

OM TJÄNSTEN
As an IT Support at ESS you will provide technical assistance to employees. You will answer questions or resolve computer problems for users either in person, via telephone or over a remote connection. Your responsibility is to provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, word processing, mail and operating systems

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your main areas of responsibilities as IT support will be to work in the service desk with IT support, both with Incident management and request fulfillment. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Configure and deploy new equipment, handle repairs, orders and other logistics.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* 2-3 years of relevant experience


* Experience working with Windows/MacOS
* Excellent oral and written English skills
