As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the first and second support line and maintain day-to-day support and troubleshoot everything from the ground up for Snow users globally. Work will include but not be limited to troubleshooting, administration and support. Environments consist of datacenters, SaaS, PaaS and cloud environments. You will assist the business with clients, servers, network, presentation equipment's and software support. This role will be based at our HQ in Solna Business Park.
You are expected to work with a positive and customer oriented mentality and take personal responsibility for the quality, reliability and always strive to achieve a professional support experience.
Part of your responsibility will be to document and create knowledge articles to assist our users. This is done within Office365, Confluence, ServiceNow and with guides and knowledge base articles published on our intranet.

- Strong knowledge in Windows 10
- At least 2 years of experience with Client Support
- Experience with documentation and KB article creation
- Fluency in English, written and spoken is required
- Experience with O365, PowerShell, Intune
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Swedish language is a plus
