General Job Description:

We are now looking for an IT-support technician for a contractor assignment that spans from 19th of June until 1st of january 2024.


You will be part of the IT-support squad which is responsible for assisting users with issues related to PC, printer, telephony support, and more. IT Support also handles tasks related to account and authorization management, email, Teams, and conference rooms.


IT Support is a team of approximately 6 people within the IT-operations department, primarily focusing on user support and managing parts of the customer's IT infrastructure.


As an IT-support technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling 1st and 2nd line support issues for all customer's Active Directory-connected users.
* Managing issues via email, phone, service portal, and on-site.
* Administering and possessing in-depth knowledge of user support within Office 365 and its applications such as Teams, Planner, OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, Word, Excel, etc.
* Engaging with internal and external contacts, as well as the customer's various IT systems.




Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM with a lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Location: Office in Gothenburg (not remote).


Requirements:
* A few years of documented experience in IT Support (PC hardware, telephony, printers, users, troubleshooting, etc.).
* Excellent knowledge of Office 365 administration, especially Exchange Online.
* Strong understanding of how an Office 365 environment is structured for troubleshooting purposes.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft's standard applications and operating systems.
* Proficiency in Active Directory and account administration.
* Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
* Knowledge of ITIL.



Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

* Strong documentation skills.
* Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Independent and takes responsibility for IT Support cases, being proactive.
* Keen interest in following general IT developments and the ability to understand and apply new technology.
