OM TJÄNSTEN
Our client is the largest music streaming company in the world and are now looking for two analytically minded and detail oriented co-workers for our clients IT-support team.

You will help and handle daily workload of cases in their ticketing system and escalate tickets to the right owners. Except from that you will also be responsible for that documentation and workflows are up to date. This is a great opportunity for you, who want to start your carrier or take the next step within the IT field.

This is a junior position and the project is estimated to take six to nine months with the possibility to extend beyond this time if needed.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Manage daily workload of cases in our clients ticketing system
* Oversee case workload and to priorities based on urgency and severity
* Escalate and re-route tickets to the right owners
* Make sure process documentation and workflows are up to date.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* CV in English
* Experience from IT support
* You are fluent in English
* You are interested in music, podcasts technology and copyright
* You are capable of meeting tight deadlines and will be focused on execution

As a person you are analytically minded and detail oriented. You are a quick learner who thrives in a rapidly changing environment and you are also able to stay focused in a volume oriented space such as ticketing systems.
