Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for system admins who have experience in Windows/Linux servers and experience in maintaining IT infrastructure of software companies.
ITIL experience is valid as incidents and changes are handled by ITIL processes and BMC is the product used for the same.
Your daily task will be,
1. Maintain and monitor servers both Windows and Linux.
Solve incidents as per the KPI
Perform planned changes in Infrastructure
Patching
Upgrading
Dialy stanup meetings.

Competence Areas:
Experience in Server management
Firewall Experience
ITIL Knowledge

You should have a good attitude to learn and have good communication skills. Should show interest to learn swedish.
