The division develops, manufactures, and markets worldwide rock drilling equipment for various applications in civil engineering, quarries and open pit mines.The division focuses strongly on innovative product design and aftermarket support systems, which gives added customer value.The division has total 1300 employees around the world including the Customer Centers.More information is available on www.atlascopco-group.com.Job decsription We are now looking for a driven person to work with the SDE (Surface Drilling Equipment) Division in the area of IT development.But as close co-operation with the IS/IT organisation is needed, you will be employed by CMT shared service (CSS) in Örebro and your manager will be the IS/IT Manager for CSS. CMT shared service is an internal shared service provider delivering IT, HR and Finance services to CMT divisions.Mission Continuously developing processes is important to maintain the market leadership and one important and crucial element is the IT systems.The person should support process development throughout the SDE division and drive IT systems development based on the process requirements.In several areas there is a need for global processes and therefore streamlining of processes is important for some processes.To manage the mission you should ... - Develop and maintain the SDE IT plan.- Support process development by driving IT system development.Experience and knowledge The work is very competence driven and you must have a strong ability to see needs and find the solution.We think you need following competence and experience: - Good understanding of IT systems.- Good understanding of processes from several functional areas within a company.- Some years of working experience in the field of IT systems development or implementation and preferably also with process development.- Good command of English.Most of the divisional communication is in English.Educational demands University degree in engineering, finance, system development or similar.Personality In order to be successful in this role, your personality is important.We believe you are: - A self-starter that can manage with limited supervision - A team-player that has strong interpersonal skills - A service minded person that takes pride in delivering good service - A entrepreneur with a completion focus
