We’re looking for a service minded IT Technician with a can-do attitude

To further strengthen our proactive readiness within IT we are looking to expand our resources with an IT Technician. Almost everything is computerized in our business and connected to an IT-solution, and rapid response and resolution to IT related incidents is critical. In the role you’ll have a broad scope and work for all users within our entity, located in Jönköping, Vaggeryd and Upplands Väsby. Your profile

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position
Knowledge of VMware, Windows Server and MS-SQL
Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Knowledge of computer and I/O hardware, installation and configuration
Knowledge of Cisco Networking (advantageous)
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (advantageous)
Positive hands-on and proactive approach to solving challenges, with a can-do attitude
Flexible and service minded with a user focus
Self-motivated team player with high integrity
Internationally minded with ability to adapt in multicultural environments
Excellent communication in English, other languages advantageous

Key Responsibilities

First and second line service support for all departments
Member of the virtual support team for MOBIS Europe
Ensure that IT infrastructure is properly maintained, supported, and documented, in cooperation with internal and external partners
Working for all IT Incident-, Problem-, and Change Management Processes
Troubleshooting, Supporting and Operating IT related equipment
Cross-functional support in projects
IT Project management
Providing management information and recommendations for IT service improvement
Manage suppliers and purchase process
Manage Asset and license handling
Maintaining knowledge bases and training manuals for system administrator and users
Supporting and maintaining the compliance of data security policies and GDPR
Supporting external distributors in IT related issues, support, system access, EDI files etc
