Assignment Overview
IT Technician – First Line Support
What You Will Work On
Troubleshoot and support IT-related issues for both hardware and software
Manage tickets in the customer's incident management system
Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Provide end-user support in Microsoft 365 and other applications
Create and maintain user documentation and instructions
Collaborate with Second Line, Operations, and third-party vendors for escalated issues
Help define routines and processes for efficient IT support
