This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:

As an IT-technician at Polarium your primary focus will be on-site supporting the approximately 100+ employees in Sweden together with a team of two other technician. Actual tasks will be installing, configuring, and supporting client hardware & software (Microsoft / Mac), Windows 10, WMWare, Linux etc. Support client mobile phones (iPhone / Android) and troubleshoot within said area. Handle user accounts, office printers, scanners, video meeting system and office 365 application. You will be responsible to respond on time to service issues and request and onboard new employees from and IT perspective. You will later on work with AD and SCCM. You will also act as a mentor to the more junior IT-technician.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• At least 1 – 2 years’ experience from on-site support or as IT-technician
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking
• Good with documentation
• Good troubleshooting skills within Windows
