THE COMPANY
J2 Sourcing is an independent distributor of electronic components. We serve companies ranging from global EMS companies and distributors to small and local manufacturers. J2 Sourcing offers not only solutions to component shortages, but also a wide range of different services aimed at handling our customers’ excess. Our technical-skilled and procurement-experienced staff speaks more than 22 different languages to handle dialogue with many different customers and providers.

J2 Sourcing has been working with distribution of electronic components to the industry since 2004. We make sure that our customers obtain components quickly and inexpensively, and we assist them in disposing of any excess inventory. This can be summed up as: availability, cost savings and excess.


THE ROLE
J2 Sourcing offers a varied sales role, where you will have the opportunity to work in a young and goal-oriented team. Your role will be to maintain and develop existing Accounts at the Italian market in close co-operation with our Italian Sales Manager and your other colleagues. Sourcing, negotiations, purchasing and sales will be part of your everyday work with mainly a phone and computer as your working tools.

Your main duties will be to maintain and develop strong relationships with existing suppliers and customers at the Italian market, as well as negotiating deals between the two.
Contacts with Accounts in English speaking countries will be frequent. Most work will take place from our office in Vellinge, south of Malmö, but occasional global travel will be part of the job.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You thrive in a business-oriented environment, where a high work pace and rapid changes are common. You are a highly social and outgoing people person, who can easily adjust your communication to suit different kinds of customers. You know how to be both personal and professional simultaneously. You are pro-active when working with your clients, to ensure maximum profitability with each customer account. All communication is straight, fast and easy, which requires you to be flexible and easy going.

You speak and write Italian as well as English on a first language level. Skills in any additional languages will be an advantage, but not a necessity. The MS Office package is a good friend of yours and you are not afraid to pick up the phone to make the next call again and again.
