Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor

With exciting times ahead, we are now looking for an ambitious and hardworking Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Stockholm. This is a full time position starting in the beginning of March.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Customer Service Advisor you will deliver exceptional service and be the face (and voice) of Daniel Wellington by supporting our customers over the phone, chat, video-chat and e-mail simultaneously. You not only have an ability to multitask, but you also have the capacity to create an unparalleled experience; the Daniel Wellington Way. It is up to you to listen to our customers and use your creativity and passion for meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. We will rely on you to provide world class customer service.

WHO YOU ARE

- You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- English and Italian is a must, any other language is a big plus such as German (big plus), French, Polish, and Spanish.

Practical information
Start: March
Work hours: day and evening shift, one weekend shift per month
