ADS Practice for Customer Service and Warranty is a
department within VC IT that is responsible for providing IT service to the Warranty and Customer
Service Department. We are responsible for a portfolio of applications that handles parts, claims, warranty analysis and applications needed in the
workshop to serve the car.
The Quality & Warranty Follow-up IT team supports the Quality & Warranty and Research & Development organisations with IT project management, IT
maintenance/enhancement and IT consultancy.
This job posting is for a position within Quality & Warranty Follow-up IT
Team to work as ITAM for QW90 and related applications.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for the support and development of a group of applications
Leads a team(s) in the delivery or operation of one or more applications and/or technologies in support of the evolving business/IT environment
Manages the delivery and operation of application and/or technology portfolio(s) including cost, status, resources, workload, lifecycle and change control
Accountable for IT tactical planning and production support including daily issue resolution and triage
Responsible for the monitoring of application and/or technology portfolios and managing to service level agreements
Responsible for communication on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to the application and/or technology portfolio
Responsible for projects within application portfolio
Ensures that the appropriate security and controls are instrituted
Ensures compliance with VCC IT's architectural standards
Ensures appropriate use of VCC IT's processes, tools and methodologies
Qualifications
At least 4 years of progressive responsibilities within IT
Hands on and multile roles across the spectrum of the life cycle of applications and/or technologies
Academic degree
Business/System analysis skills
Fluency in written and oral English
Supplier/agency management experience
High level of business knowledge Customer Service division
