This is an individual contributor position where hands on product/solution development knowledge are a must.The position involves conceptualization of a product, design, development, debugging of application software.The incumbent will implement new features; provide fixes/workarounds to bugs/problems and also in current/future products of Seamless. Education and Qualifications Essential: *Relevant degree of education.Experience/ Skills/ Personal Attributes Essential: *Minimum 2 years of development experience in Java/J2EE preferably with Eclipse *Ability to work independently.*Ability to work within a team environment with good communication skills *Mindful of attention to detail Good to have: *Development experience in C/C++ *Development experience of Java/J2EE exposure with Eclipse.*Practical experience in working with databases, preferably MySQL *Exposure to Linux *Experience with JasperReports *Experience with Maven Personal Circumstances Essential: *Due to the nature of the companies services, the jobholder must on occasion be willing and available to work extra hours if the needs of the company require it.
