JAVASCRIPT multiplayer game developer (NOT a casino/betting)

Adventure Box develops a game platform built on a streamed 3D engine core. Players can both play short multiplayer battles and build complex and beautiful worlds having mysterious quests within.
Our players like to play games, to share worlds and most importantly to make new games online, together with friends. And our user base is growing drastically since winter...

Competences/Skills needed
You don't need to be an expert in all these fields. However, this list actually shows what you probably will focus on as part in our team. If you don't like what you do at work, it isn't actually good for you, or us. :-)
1. Experience in real-time, high frame-rate JavaScript (such as in web games) through ECMAScript 6, equivalent of 3+ years commercial experience
2. Web Workers, synchronization, IP networking
3. Performance basics: Algorithmic complexity, Data structures
4. JQuery
5. Java experience
6. Maven
Experience
You need to have at least a few years of experience, preferably with games on mobile and web. We know though that a person who wants a lot could be better than seniority, and also that a good programmer can always learn the tools needed.


Location
We have a nice office in Södermalm close to both subway and pendeltåg, in Stockholm. During Corona we have mostly worked from home and we consider partly continuing that now.




As a developer you are part of the company’s heart. You will be considered as one of our most important and key person as you are part of the company's core.
