Jira Developer / Atlassian Engineer

Seeking for a skilled Jira Developer and Atlassian Engineer consultant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's project management processes and enhancing collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities:
•Optimize and customize Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence to meet client needs.
•Develop and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports in Jira to support project management and team collaboration.
•Integrate OpsGenie and other third-party applications as needed to enhance functionality.
•Utilize ScriptRunner to automate tasks and improve system functionality.
•Write and manage JQL queries to create custom filters and reports.
•Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for using Atlassian tools.
•Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower clients to maximize their use of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
Experience Required:
•Proven experience with Jira Software Cloud.
•Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management and Confluence.
•Familiarity with OpsGenie is a plus.
Skills Required:
•Expertise in ScriptRunner for Jira.
•Proficiency in Jira Query Language (JQL).
