Role overview:
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, playing a key role in our clients growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to companies across Europe, engaging in meaningful conversations to present our clients solution/product and secure meetings for our clients sales agents. Whether through cold calling or leveraging existing networks, your efforts will directly contribute to our pipeline and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across Europe, in English or the local language, to introduce our clients solution/product. Schedule and confirm meetings for sales agents, ensuring a smooth handover. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ideal Candidate:
No specific experience required, but previous experience in cold calling, booking meetings, or similar phone-based roles is preferred.
Highly social, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage people in conversation.
Eager to learn and adapt, with a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and focus.
Proficiency in English and at least one other European language is highly desirable.
Short-Term Goals:
Quick onboarding and ramp-up to start booking meetings effectively.
Long-Term Goals:
Potential to lead and build a dedicated SDR team on your location, based on performance and business needs.
Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by the number of quality meetings booked and confirmed each month.
