We are now looking for a Jr Attorney to be located in Stockholm


Our client is looking for a Jr Attorney for a full time role. We are looking for a candidate with Swedish law degree (jurist kandidatexamen or juristexamen) or a law student in the final year of a Swedish law degree.

The Junior Attorney will be part of the Western Europe legal team and report directly to the head of legal in Sweden responsible for overall commercial legal support to the business. We are looking for a junior attorney (commercial lawyer) who will be based in the subsidiary in Akalla, Sweden. Our customer’s legal team offers high-quality legal advice, and this is an opportunity to work as part of a truly global and nimble organization. The legal team services all parts of our clients business on a variety of legal topics and you would be expected to show interest not only in the legal topics but the business needs that drive them.

Among the daily tasks:

- Assist internal clients complete or assess agreement templates
- Guide to the use of internal tools
- Reroute questions to correct contact (NDA+ tool, ContractWeb, WE Paralegal, Subsidiary Attorney, License Sales Specialist, Business Desk etc.)
- Asses legal risk and provide legal advice, counsel and interpretation for our customers’ internal clients
- Internal compliance and policy assessments
- Conduct research on precedents regarding privacy law, international law and other corporate matters as required
- Administrative work may include creation of purchase orders, book meeting rooms, book meetings, budget hygiene issues etc.
- High level of interaction with sponsor as well as direct client interaction
- No travel is required for this role, nor expected

The top must have skills are:

- Swedish law degree (juris kandidatexamen or jusristexamen) or law student in final year of a Swedish law degree. One to two years’ experience in the legal profession, this also include law student.
- Thorough with attention to details
- You are fluent in Swedish, as well as in English, and have a working permit in Sweden already in place. The position is based in Kista, Stockholm.
- Passion for technology is a plus
