Role summary
As Junior Brand Manager – Integrated Marketing Snus, you will support the development and execution of integrated brand and portfolio marketing activities for the Snus category. Working closely with Brand, Portfolio, Category, and Market teams, you will help ensure strong, consistent brand execution across touchpoints while building solid experience in brand management, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.


This is a hands-on, development-focused role, ideal for someone early in their brand marketing career who wants to grow within FMCG and category marketing.


Your day-to-day
Support the execution of integrated marketing and campaign plans for the Snus portfolio across markets and channels
Contribute to campaign planning, development, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation in line with brand and portfolio strategy
Participate in experiments, market immersions, and field visits to gather live campaign insights and materials, and help maintain a structured repository of campaign learnings and assets
Assist in the creation of marketing content and campaign materials across relevant channels, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and compliance with guidelines
Support preparation of brand and campaign materials such as launch toolkits, presentations, SKU prioritization inputs, planogram briefs, and merchandising guidelines
Track brand, campaign, and portfolio KPIs and support preparation of regular performance updates
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Category, Portfolio, Sales, Supply, Finance) to ensure alignment and timely execution
Support agency coordination and briefing under guidance from senior brand managers
Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives within the Snus Category team


Who you are
1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment
University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar
Strong interest in brand management, integrated marketing, and portfolio development
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and translate insights into actions
Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with details while developing a broader strategic understanding
Good communication and presentation skills


Language requirements (mandatory)
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
