ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Jr Recruitment Specialist to our client. This person will focus on recruitment and employer branding tasks including implementation of recruitment and
employer branding initiatives for the local organization. The person will also work with all sorts of administrative HR tasks in cooperation with the local HR team, ensure implementation on HR tasks and furthermore ensure that staff administration is according to laws and regulations including collective agreements for the hospitality area.
EXPERIENCE
- High level of drive and self-motivation, flexible, high stress level, extrovert, enjoys working together with others
- Degree, preferably within HR or other similar long-term education
- Min. 2 years’ work experience within HR
