Jr Technical Consultant - CRM Integrations

As Junior Technical Consultant you will connect the technical expertise APSIS has in our various technical departments to complete system integration projects for customers. The customers are companies using APSIS technology who wish to integrate these with their CRM systems. Collaboration is a key to a great project result and you will work with APSIS' developers, support analysts and other colleagues.

With a steadily increasing demand for CRM and other customer data integrations from many of our our customers we need to expand and increase our competences and capacity within the Integrations area. That is why we are looking for you!

Your role:
The Integrations team develops, manages and implements integrations (including Apsis for Dynamics CRM and Apsis for Salesforce) for a rapidly growing number of customers. You will work closely with our Research and Development department, engage in customer implementation cases, manage projects and help customers become successful. Other responsibilities include:


• Plan and conduct workshops
• Learn our API’s/Web Services
• Participation in pre-sales activities
• Educate and develop customers to achieve success  

You maybe are currently working within the CRM or ERP area, perhaps focusing on MS Dynamics, Salesforce or another CRM system. This is an opportunity for you to move to a more product-centered organization, focusing on developing and implementing our integration products and customer specific solutions. 

Skills and passion:
As a person you are keen to increase your knowledge of various technologies. You enjoy working collaboratively, love to share your ideas and are comfortable receiving feedback from others. • 1-5 years of relevant experience 
• Keen interest in technology and IT
• Experience in training, consulting or project management
• Self-starter & entrepreneurial spirit
• Curious and driven by learning and developing yourself

Place of work:
This  position is based in one of our locations in the Nordics (Malmö, Göteborg, Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen). We need you to be flexible to occasionally travel to our other offices as well as to customers’ sites.
