We are seeking a Junior Business Controller with 1-3 years of experience for our client in the banking sector. The successful candidate for this role should be self-motivated and possess excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational abilities, and be able to work in a structured and driven manner. You should possess the skill to comprehend the overall perspective while simultaneously observing the details. It would be advantageous to have some understanding of accounting and intercompany processes. The candidate should be comfortable working in teams, but also capable of working independently and offering suggestions for improvement.

The ideal candidate should enjoy challenges and have a keen interest in financial reporting and monitoring.

Requirements

- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint, and enthusiastic about expanding your expertise by learning new programs and tools.
- You should also enjoy analyzing data to provide valuable insights for decision-making and improving overall business understanding.
- The ideal candidate should have a track record of good performance, backed up by a few years of work experience. The preferred level of experience is between 1 to 3 years.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to build and foster connections with colleagues from various departments and countries.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious

- Having knowledge in software like Mercur, Tableau, and/or Power BI would be beneficial.
- Having previous experience in business controlling and/or customer business is advantageous.
