Junior Business Controller to our client in Malmö

Our client in Malmö is a global company with the business idea to offer a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them.

Now we are looking for a Junior Business Controller to support projects with controlling and financial administration.
The role will include tasks as:

• Secure, analyze and discuss financial figures and performance with project management and business navigators.
• Secure that correct financial and performance information is available when needed.
• Prepare and provide standard and ad hoc financial and performance reporting.
• Support the Client Business solution organization´s forecast, budget- and goal setting processes within the assigned area.
• Provide support and training in controlling and financial matters to relevant stakeholders in Client Business solution organization.
• Secure and work in compliance to client financial guidelines and guidelines from Shared Service Center, Finance in the Business Solution Organization.
• Establish effective and efficient cost controlling practices and routines and secure that the routines are in place and executed.
• Participate in ad hoc activities as well as initiate and lead improvements of working methods and processes.

You have a Bachelor degree in accounting/controlling or similar and you have a high knowledge of controlling methodology. We think that you have a high ability to handle large amount of financial data, do analysis on a detailed level and structure data in an efficient way. You also have the ability to work according to processes, guidelines and structures and manage stakeholders to deliver in time with quality. You communicate in a clear, inspiring and simple way to support cost control in all functions. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

As a person you are self-driven, curious and analytical. You have a proactive and service minded attitude.

This is a temporary assignment at full-time and you will be employed by Jurek and work at our client´s office in Malmö. The assignment starts 2017-014-01 and the end date is expected to 2017-12-31 with option to extend.
