Junior Business Developer/Growth Marketeer

To our office in Malmö E.ON Sverige AB is now looking for a Junior Business Developer/Growth Marketeer
E.ON is a global provider of specialized energy solutions, working hard to make the best deals possible for our worldwide business and ultimately our customers. Right now, we are actively looking for a highly skilled Junior Business Developer/growth marketeer within the Future Energy Solutions team in E.ON Business Innovation. Business Innovation is responsible for E.ON's innovation portfolio within Regional Unit Sweden and for positioning E.ON for the future energy market by initiating and running projects from start to maturity with the purpose of creating and developing the business models and energy solutions of the future.

Primary responsibility for the role is to create mobile content as will grab the attention from our users. You will work cross organizations to collect data/insight and other content as will be the ground work for the content creation. As a creative and active person you will work with an opened mind to capture the interest and secure continually engagement from our users. We see that you have an interest in energy and sustainability questions to always be up to date on the latest news in the area. Furthermore the role will support other business development initiatives within the team of Future Energy Solutions.


Create, develop and manage content in the mobile channel
Do research and find topics to create relevant content to our target audience
Be part of and work close with the development program to create an engaging customer experience and drive growth
Publish content in the app channel and follow up with analytics
Work closely with marketing, sales and customer insight teams as well as others team cross the organization.
Be on top of what is happening in the news, blogs, social media etc. for relevant topics
Be open minded and support other projects



University degree within relevant area
2 years of relevant working experience
Previous experience from working with digital content
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Fluent in Swedish and English

As a person you have a great drive and have a business mind. You have exceptional communications skills, both written and spoken. The right candidate is someone who has a truly digital mindset combined with great business development focus. You are a doer and sustainability and environmental questions is very important to you and it defines your work.
