Are you a self-starter with a passion for procurement and a desire to grow in a dynamic and tech-driven environment? We are looking for a Junior Commercial Specialist to support our client’s Business Tech IT Purchase team within their Commercial function.

This is a consulting assignment based on-site in Stockholm, with a start date of May 5, 2025 and a duration until November 30, 2025. You will be employed by us and work as a consultant at our client’s site.

You will join a small, dedicated team responsible for the procurement of IT hardware and software. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient order handling, vendor relations, and delivery follow-up — all while continuously striving to improve processes and service quality.

Responsibilities
Support the Business Tech organization with procurement of IT-related hardware and software


Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries


Handle procurement administration and related documentation


Manage vendor relationships


Manage and follow up on invoices



Qualifications
Must-have requirements – clearly reflected in your CV:

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail


Experience working with purchase orders in a larger organization


Comfortable interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders


Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365


Fluent in business-level English (written and spoken)



Nice-to-have:

Experience using ServiceNow


General knowledge of IT equipment


Basic understanding of software licensing
