Junior Consultants -Enact Sustainable Strategies

Enact is a values-led consultancy specialising in the area of Sustainable Business Development and Corporate Responsibility.We are based in Stockholm and work actively with clients in several countries.Our vision is a sustainable, global development, in which the business sector is a responsible driving force.See www.enact.se for more information.Your tasks as a junior consultant will vary between the projects, but often consist of: - Collection, compilation, analysis and presentation of information.- Preparations before and during meetings, as well as documentation afterwards.- Working with texts and presentation materials.- Compilation and analysis of statistics.- Practical assistance and support to the project leader.You probably have: - An academic degree.- Some work experience (also volunteer work is of value) - Experience of working in projects and teams.- Good understanding of the consultative role.- Knowledge about, for example, entrepreneurship, brands, communication or IT (with a focus on web, databases and information management).- Knowledge about, for example, leadership and management, human rights, environmental issues or gender and diversity issues.- A large interest in corporate sustainability, business development and global development.- Very good analytical capabilities.You are persistent, organised, socially skilled and a quick learner.You have excellent oral and written proficiency in English.It is an advantage if you can also communicate very well in Swedish, but it is not a requirement.Finally, you feel comfortable in the dynamic environment of a small company with joint responsibility for small and large tasks.If you are the right person for us, we offer possibilities to develop and grow with the company.Team diversity is a priority at Enact and we would like to encourage everyone interested to send us an application, even if the description above doesn't match perfectly.Deadline for applications is March 15.Starting date is flexible.
