Junior Contract Specialist to AGN Haga!

OM TJÄNSTEN
Working within the subcontract department of AGN Haga for E04 Haga project and E03 Kvarnberget project.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Drafting of all types of subcontracts (Subcontract works, consultancy agreements, supply agreements, equipment rental contracts, manpower rental etc.) mostly based on Swedish.


* Managing autonomously the negotiation of subcontracts.
* Managing the participation of all relevant stakeholders and parties during the drafting and management of subcontracts in close communication with all related departments in the organization.
* Serving as primary organizational contact for the issues about subcontracts.
* Following up all contractual issues along the contract duration.
* Collaborating to the draft and management of claims with subcontractors.
* Collaborating with Swedish Transport Administration for implementation of the legal
requirements included in the contract (social requirements, anti‐discrimination, environment and health and safety, rules regarding posted workers).
* Managing weekly contract meetings with Swedish Transport Administration.
* Communicating with client and subcontractors.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM

About you:


* Law degree and/or Individual with engineering/economical background with extensive legal experience.
* Working experience in the legal field, preferably in a multicultural environment.
* Experience in autonomously drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
* Fluent in Swedish both oral and written.
* Excellent written and spoken English.


Bonus points for:


* Good knowledge of Swedish General Conditions of Contracts (For example AMA, MER,RA, ABT06, AB04) is a plus.
* Experience in subcontract management in infrastructure projects is a plus.
* Experience in purchasing/subcontracting processes and procedures is a plus.

INFORMATION OM FÖRETAGET
AGN Haga is a joint venture owned by Italian Astaldi, Turkish Gülermak and Norwegian NRC Group, based in city center of Gothenburg, Sweden. AGN Haga has been awarded the contract to build Haga station (E04) and Kvarnberget lot (E03) which are two of five main construction projects of the West Link. It's a turnkey project in collaboration with the client Swedish transport administration, Trafikverket.
