In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of Sales management’s insights team, which is responsible for Reporting & Insights work within Swedish Banking

- Use the insights of the A/B-test to drive improvement in the digital channels

- Operational management responsibility throughout the full digital experiment (A/B-testing process) including experiment backlog ownership and set up within the tool

- Support the analytics team with ideation on A/B-tests based on insights created

- Decide and set the hypothesis and request design to be tested, to ensure the continuous improvement of our digital channels

- Overall responsibility for ensuring that each test and experiment has clear and measurable goals and targets

- Support the business and the relevant stakeholder in generating test that are doable as well as connected to overall goals

- Communicate the insights of the user behavior from the tests to stakeholders in order to improve satisfaction, engagement and conversion

What is needed in this role:

- Experience and skills of having worked in different A/B-testing tools such as SiteSpect, Optimizely, Adobe Target and/or Split is necessary

- Experience of digital customer experience and conversion optimization is positive

- Experience of working with digital analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is necessary. Experience of specifically Adobe Analytics is a plus

- A strong skill set in prioritize and taking in account the most critical factors to create a high velocity of experiments and optimization designed for maximum impact

- Ability to prioritize between different tasks and projects

- Numeracy and knowledge of data analysis techniques

- Ability to prioritize between different tasks and projects

- Good interpersonal, communication, time management and influencing skills

- Open to change - responds flexibly to new challenges. Keen to seek out new ways of doing things

- Comfortable communicating both written and verbally in Swedish and English

- A team player - demonstrably seeks out opportunities to collaborate with colleagues

- Comfortable in presenting what might be negative outcome
